Automations are a powerful tool that helps quickly automate commonly-used content within brand guidelines.

In this guide:

Automation Basics

Automations streamline the tedious parts of guidelines so you can focus on the work that needs your talent, not your time. They are generated after choosing an outline in project setup, or at will within the editor when using the Add Automation tool (⚡️).

Keep in mind: Automations are a great starting point and once added they can be altered to best fit your brand.

Adding Automations

Automations can be added to projects using the Add Automation tool (⚡️). Many are a multi-step interface where layout and content is chosen to power the outcome of the Automation.

  1. From within the editor, select the add Automation tool from the top bar. It is the ⚡️ icon.
  2. Choose in the body of your site where you’d like the Automation to be placed.
  3. Choose the desired Automation from the pop-up interface.
  4. Keep in mind, some have multiple steps where layout, content, and other options are selected

Automation types

Below are the Automations that can be added to your site.

<aside> 📁 Note: Some Automations have been archived and are no longer available beyond app release 11.12. This decision is to bring more focus on the growing amount of special Automations.
