Approvals

The dashboard is the control center for Standards. Navigate workspaces, invite team members organize folders, manage projects, and access account settings all from this area.

Overview

After signing in to Standards, the first view is the Dashboard. From here, you can quickly navigate between workspace pages, projects, and your account. The projects and settings in this view are specific to each workspace. For more information, see Workspaces.

Navigating between workspaces

Create or browse different workspaces from the the top of the left sidebar. From here you can also see the permission level of your account in each workspace.

<aside> ⚠️ Those using Standards before release 11.11 (when Folders were introduced) may have used multiple workspaces to group projects. For those customers, we recommend transferring projects to a consolidated set of workspaces, and grouping them into folders instead. For more information, see Transfer a project and Workspaces.

Projects & folders

Projects

View and manage projects within each workspace in one place. While All projects is the default view of the dashboard, Projects can be grouped within Folders and sorted for easy organization.

Adding new projects

Select + New Project in the dashboard top bar to start a new project.

Folders

Folders are used to organize projects by grouping them into separate pages within each workspace navigable from the sidebar. All folders are accessible by any Member of the workspace, and cannot be made private. Additionally, folders cannot be nested within other folders.

Adding new folders

Select ****+ New folder in the bottom of the left sidebar to create a new folder.


Workspace pages

Quickly access Workspace settings in each page. For more information, see Workspaces

Members

View and manage the team members invited to the workspace. See how to manage Workspace members

Domains

Connect, view and manage domains available to publish projects to from the workspace. See how to Connect a custom domain

Settings

Rename your workspace, set a custom icon, and configure sign in options.


Account pages

Click the profile avatar icon in the top-right ****of the dashboard to access account settings, manage plan and billing information, and to track approvals. Unlike the other dashboard pages such as projects, domains, and members, Account pages are not specific to the selected workspace.

Account

Update profile information such as avatar icon, name and email address. Additionally, you may delete you account here as well.

If you’ve already upgraded to a Plus, Pro, or Enterprise plan, you can update payment details and view past invoices here.

Approvals
